프로그램 사용과 관련해서는, 한 응용프로그램의 기동을 시작해서 종료할 때까지의 시간을 가리킨다.

컴팩트 디스크 상에서 한번에 기록된 하나 이상의 오디오 또는 데이터 트랙들을 의미한다.
