MIDP (mobile information device profile) – 이동 정보장치 프로파일

MIDP는 무선 전화 및 쌍방향 무선호출기 등이 소프트웨어 애플리케이션과 상호 교류하는 방법을 정의한 J2ME API를 말한다.

이 표준에 순응하여 작성된 애플리케이션들을 MIDlet이라고 부른다.
