Dead quiet. Dim faint light appears in the<br \/>\ndistance, approaching, growing larger. As the light nears,<br \/>\nwe recognize car headlights. Closer and closer until the car<br \/>\nis bearing down upon us with great force...<\/p>\n<p><b>               INT. CAR<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nTwo men in the front seat, FISHER and MOORE. Fisher drives.<br \/>\nAll seems quite normal until we take a closer look, sweat<br \/>\nmatts hair, dirt stains on white tuxedo shirts hands are<br \/>\nblistered and bloody.
