He speaks matter-of-factly,<br \/>\ndirectly into camera.<\/p>\n<p><b>                             YURI<br \/>\n<\/b>                 There are over 550 million firearms in<br \/>\nworldwide circulation.  That's one firearm<br \/>\nfor every twelve people on the planet.
