It is a gala day.  Soldiers are lined up<br \/>\nin front of the entrance; expensive cars and carriages are<br \/>\narriving and depositing distinguished notables from the<br \/>\nadjoining countries.  Two trumpeters at the head of the stairs<br \/>\nannounce the arrival of each notable.<\/p>\n<p>In the large reception hall, Mrs. Teasdale, wife of the late<br \/>\npresident, is greeting the newcomers.  The room is filled<br \/>\nwith distinguished guests.  At the moment we see Mrs.<br \/>\nTeasdale, she is talking with a notable.  In the near<br \/>\nbackground is a group of distinguished men, members of her<br \/>\nown cabinet.  Her words to the notable are not lost on them,<br \/>\nand as she begins to praise the new dictator, there is the<br \/>\nexchange of disapproving glances.<\/p>\n<p><b>                                     MRS.
