GOTHIC CHURCH  10:00 A.M.  ST. PATRICK'S DAY<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\n<b>               DOWNTOWN BOSTON<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nAs we open we see the inside of an enormous church. A young<br \/>\nlooking PRIEST in his mid-thirties is finishing the delivery<br \/>\nof the Lord\ufffds Prayer. In the back of the church, in the last<br \/>\npew, there are two who kneel on the cold, stone floor.<\/p>\n<p>They do not stand to sing, nor do they offer signs of peace<br \/>\nwhen told, but they pray. They grip and rub their rosaries.<br \/>\nThey mutter their words in Latin.<\/p>\n<p>CONNOR and MURPHY MacMANUS (mid-twenties) are shrouded in<br \/>\nthick waist length navy P-coats, worn leather boots and the<br \/>\nhungry clothes of the poor.
